Setting up an Account
Setting up an account is easy ! Simply click "Register" on the Home page or the "My Account" tab and answer a few questions about yourself. Once your name and address are entered you will never have to type them again unless they change. This makes check-out very quick - as few as four mouse clicks !

Types of Accounts

We realized that different customers want to use the web-site in different ways. That is why we have three account levels for you to sign up for.

An Informational Account is the lowest level and allows you limited access to the site. You can view product specs and pricing and that is about it !

As a Single User Account you will be able to build shopping carts, place credit card orders, check stock and delivery information, view current orders, and check your order history.

The highest level of accounts is a Corporate Account . Here you can do such things as having multiple users sharing the same information (i.e. engineering “building” shopping carts and purchasing ordering the parts !), multiple shopping carts with the ability to “name” each one (i.e. “Motors for Gantry Machine” or “Touchscreen for Joe”), get volume discounts, place credit card orders AND purchase orders, place blanket order with scheduled deliveries, and have multiple “Ship-To” locations.

Keep in mind that you can always up-grade from one account to the next. To do this simply click the "My Account" tab, then "Up-grade My Account". It's that simple !

Placing Orders
Purchase orders (Corporate accounts only), credit cards, phone us, fax us, or shop on-line . . we do it your way ! We accept American Express, Visa, Matercard, and Discover.

Pricing / Volume Discounts
All prices are in US Dollars only.

To those who sign up for and are approved for a Corporate Account are entitled to Volume Discounts. To check volume discount pricing simply go to your shopping cart, enter the quantity, click update, and the price will change to the volume level.

Order Processing
All orders are entered into our system immediatly after we receive them. You will receive an e-mail order confirmation letting you know that your order was received and processed.

Changing Orders
Our order processing system is highly automated and, because of this, changing orders is very difficult. Once your order has entered and processed we cannot guarantee any changes. If you need to make changes to any order you must call us immediately @ (866)287-3786.

Backorders
Although we try to have items in stock for immediate delivery there will be times that you place an order for a product that is not in stock. We strongly recommend that you click the CHECK STOCK button on your shopping cart before ordering. If your order is not in stock you will be told when we expect to be able to ship the product. If you continue and process the order it will be placed on backorder and shipped when it is available.

Terms & Conditions
For customers who have signed up and been approved to place blanket orders our terms are NET 30. We invoice on the day of shipment. Our shipping terms are FOB Hampstead, NH, USA. All shipping charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice amount. Our terms and conditions apply to all orders. If your purchase order lists terms and conditions that are different than the above, we will process the order but do not accept the terms.

Shipping Methods
We are currently set up to ship with our preferred shipping partner, UPS. You have the option of choosing how the package should ship (Ground, UPS Blue 2-Day delivery, or overnight. We do anticipate adding Federal Express as a shipping option soon.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We calculate the shipping charges based on the total weight of the products, where the products are shipping to, and method of shipping (Ground, 2-day, or overnight). To this we add a $7 handling fee per order.

Payment Methods
We accept Purchase Orders from customers who have signed up for a Corporate Account and supplied business and banking reference. It typically takes about 72 hours for your account to be approved. Once this happens you will be notified via e-mail and you can start placing purchase orders.

We also accept major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

At this time we do not support COD Payments for any on-line purchases. If you want to place a COD order you must contact our Sales Dep't @ (866)287-3786.

Warranty Information
Unless noted all our products carry a one-year warranty against material or workmanship defects. If a product fails to perform properly within one year from the date of shipment we will replace or repair it at our option.

Warranties do NOT include products that have been abused or used outside the recommended product specifications.

If you do have a part that needs to be repaired (either warranty or non-warranty) you must contact our Returns Department @ (603) 329-9591. Please have available part numbers, serial numbers, the PO # that the part was originally placed on, and what you think is wrong with the part. We will issue an you an RMA#. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #.

Privacy Policy
ClickAutomation.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and provide you with product information and literature that you may voluntarily request.

At ClickAutomation.com, we consider the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. ClickAutomation.com will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information including your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or other submitted information to any third party under any circumstances without your permission, or except as may be required by law.

When you place an order, or sign up for and / or make changes to a user account, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us, and all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

When there is an item that is more likely to be lower in cost and shorter delivery we let you know.
